Step 2: Understanding the dashboard statistics

Section titled “Step 2: Understanding the dashboard statistics”

The top of your dashboard shows six key metrics:

  • Total Contacts: All contacts in your system (127)
  • New Leads: Contacts that haven’t been contacted yet (23)
  • Contacted: Leads you’ve reached out to (31)
  • Qualified: Contacts ready for proposals (18)
  • Closed: Completed deals (55)
  • This Month: New contacts this month (47)

These numbers update automatically as you work with contacts.

Below the statistics, you’ll see two view buttons:

  1. Pipeline View (default): Shows contacts organized by sales stage
  2. List View: Shows detailed contact cards in a list format

Click between these buttons to switch views.

  • Shows 4 columns: New Leads → Contacted → Qualified → Closed
  • Each contact appears as a compact card with:
    • Name and company
    • Date added
    • Lead score (85-95 range)
    • Status indicator
  • Shows full contact details including:
    • Contact information (email, phone)
    • Company and role
    • Original message from contact forms
    • Follow-up notes
    • Source tracking

Each contact has a lead score from 0-100:

  • 85-89: Good potential
  • 90-95: High-value prospects
  • 95+: Premium leads

Higher scores indicate contacts more likely to convert to customers.

Click on any contact card to see details like:

  • Phone: Direct contact number
  • Company: Business name
  • Role: Job title
  • Source: How they found you (demo_request, contact_form)
  • Message: Their original inquiry
  • Notes: Follow-up information
